A 40 year old man was burnt

after attempting to walk on hot coals

at an all night party near

Wolverhampton yesterday

A company which made staff walk barefoot over burning coals in a training exercise has escaped prosecution.
Seven sales trainees suffered burns during the "motivational" session run by insurance giant Eagle Star. Two of the workers needed specialist treatment at a burns unit.

The accident happened at the Cheltenham and Gloucester Moat House Hotel in Brockworth last July.

The embers were supposed to have been glowing but in fact were burning 

On the 27th October 2007 Lillian Hannah Will be attempting to walk on fire (either that or toasting her feet) all in the name of charity. She will be risking her feet to raise money for our local hospice "The Ardgowan Hospice" and is in need of as much support as necassary, The event will be taking place at "Tir na nog" a holistic retreat in the west central scotland area, www.tirnanog.co.uk .As i said she needs support so you could help a lot by sponsoring her, Any amount, it all helps.
